Ingredients for 4 people:300 g of chick peas 750 g of chard 750 g of tomatoes 1 head of garlic 1 tablespoon of sweet paprika Breadcrumbs 4 tablespoons of olive oil Salt Preparation:Soak the chick peas overnight in warm water with a pinch of salt. Wash and chop the chard. Cook the chickpeas with the chard and salt in boiling water. While this is cooking, fry the garlic with the tomato and add the breadcrumbs and the paprika. Blend this mixture with a blender. When the chick peas are soft, remove part of the stock. Add the tomato and garlic mixture, salt to taste and cook for 15 more minutes. | ||||
